Small Business Union (SBU) was founded by Graeme Haycroft. From the time he pioneered collective workplace agreements in the late 1980's under the Qld Voluntary Employment Agreement Legislation through the introduction of subcontract shearing in 1992 and the first successful union-free high rise construction sites, Graeme has maintained a successful profile in workplace reform. He also owns runs and owns Labour Hire Australia.
